Peak Season: Daily and Weekly rates the third week of May through September. Minimum 5 to 7 night stay may be required.

Off Season: February, March, April, October and November. Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates available during Off Season. Call for short term rental rates. Rental arrangements may be made directly with the owners (evening or weekends), or with the manager.

Deposits: Make deposit checks payable to Cavan Daly-McGrew or Pinehaven Lodges. A reservation is confirmed by letter upon receiving a $200 non-refundable deposit per lodge per week.

Multiple lodges or multiple weeks are to be paid in FULL 1 month prior to arrival.

RULES: Rental accommodations for Pinehaven Lodges are NOT to exceed 7 persons per lodge at any time. NO PETS. Each lodge sleeps 5-7 persons.

Rental Prices include the following:

• television
• basic kitchen and dining utensils

Housekeeping: We appreciate the lodges being left neat and clean at the end of your stay. Housekeeping is the responsibility of the renter.
