These Lodges are
literally "in the shadow of Pikes Peak". It is only two miles to
the beginning of Pikes Peak Highway. The beautiful Ute Pass area stretches
out in both directions, furnishing a constantly changing and always
restful scene of unmatched beauty.
The scenic and tranquil setting of these Lodges is ideal for family
vacations, small reunions, honeymoons, anniversaries, and weekend get-aways.
These clean and comfortable Lodges are located in Chipita Park and
Cascade, Colorado, just 20 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, and
most area attractions.
Their close proximity to Green Mountain Falls and Manitou Springs allows
for hiking, jogging, fishing, horseback riding, swimming, bicycling,
tennis and dining at nearby restaurants. Cripple Creek Gambling is
only a 40 minute drive.
Rental Prices for these lodges include the following: 1 set of weekly linens, television, and basic kitchen and dining utensils. We appreciate the lodges being left neat and clean at the end of your stay. Housekeeping is the responsibility of the renter.
We hope you consider scheduling your vacation before or after our peak season to take advantage of our discounted off season rates.
Peak Season: Daily and Weekly rates the third week of may through September. Minimum 5 to 7 night stay may be required.
Off Season: February, March, April, October and November.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates available during Off Season. Call for short term rental rates.
Rental arrangements may be made directly with the owners (evening or weekends), or with the manager.
Make deposit checks payable to Cavan Daly-McGrew or Pinehaven Lodges.
A reservation is confirmed by letter upon receiving a $200 non-refundable deposit per lodge per week.
Rental accommodations for these lodges are NOT to exceed 7 persons per lodge at any time.
NO PETS. Each lodge sleeps 5-7 persons. Prices are subject to
change without prior written notice.
Multiple lodges or multiple weeks are to be paid in FULL 1 month prior to arrival
